<note>This research aimed to analyze self-efficacy in speaking English at the second semester students at English Education Study Program of PGRI Silampari University. The researcher used descriptive qualitative. The subject of research was 23 students of Public Speaking Course of English Education Study Program of PGRI Silampari University. The data was collected by using questionnaire. After that, the data was analyzed with self-efficacy scales by Albert Bandura.  From the data analysis, the result shows that 4 students were at high level of self-efficacy in speaking English, 18 students were categorized into moderate level of self-efficacy in speaking English and 1 student was in low level self-efficacy in speaking English. In conclusion students’ self-efficacy at the second semester students of  English Education Study Program of PGRI Silampari University is generally in moderate category.
